A workshop your team will actually remember

No slides about mindfulness. No trust falls. Just breath, the body and a practical approach people can use to recognise stress and return to clear, considered action.

Built for organisations where the stakes are real

Some roles carry a level of emotional pressure that standard workplace wellbeing programmes rarely address. People are dealing with crisis, conflict, and responsibility every day — and that pressure doesn't disappear when the meeting ends.

Stillpoint was developed in exactly these kinds of environments. It offers a practical approach to emotional regulation that respects both the intelligence of the people doing the work and the difficulty of the situations they face.

What the workshop looks like

The workshop unfolds in two parts.

In the first part, we explore what emotional activation really looks like in a professional setting — the moments where the body reacts before the mind catches up, and what becomes possible when you learn to recognise that shift earlier. Participants work with real scenarios from their own working lives, not invented ones.

In the second part, we move through a guided Five Element breathwork cycle. Each of the five elements corresponds to a different breathing pattern, taking participants through progressive states of activation and regulation. By the end, people have experienced — not just been told about — the capacity of breath to shift their internal state.

What people leave with: a clear personal practice, a language for emotional responsibility that works in a professional setting, and a direct experience of regulation they can return to.

At the centre of the workshop

At the centre of the workshop is a shift in perspective. Participants learn to recognise their emotional state as it arises and develop the capacity to choose how they respond next.

This is not a therapeutic model. It is a practical approach for professional environments where people need to communicate clearly under pressure, remain in relationship with difficult colleagues, and not carry the day's residue home.
